We ask lots of questions to make sure we understand you, the issues you face right now and your plans for the future.
We are business owners too, and we take care of hundreds of other businesses across the region. Chances are, what ever issues you are facing or opportunities you want to take, we will have helped other business to face or take them before.
We deal with complex financial and highly technical tax issues but we still talk plainly. No jargon, or if we have to use it, we’ll explain it, because our job is presenting your options clearly.
So you know where you stand, we’re always clear on price. We agree on your brief, we cost it and if you ask us to add something new to the brief, we’ll tell you if that’s an extra cost and what that cost will be, before we go ahead.

Our team
We’re probably bigger than you think. There are around 80 of us, led by 10 partners. We have 6 General Practice Partners, 2 Corporate Finance Partners and 3 Tax Partners. We also have specialist pensions and investments staff in BW Financial Services Limited, and staff qualified to provide specialist audit services, payroll, insolvency and probate services.
We are based in an old mill building on Canal Street in Derby. Ours is one of the largest and most successful training practices in the region with all accountancy and audit staff either qualified chartered accountants or currently undertaking training.
